Will you explain what happens on the first day of the sale when you pass out numbers?
Some people want to be first in line at the sales. In order to make it fair, we begin passing out numbers for a place in line an hour before the beginning of the sale. You can pick up your number and leave, just be back about 5-10 min before sale time to get lined up.
If an item is over $50, we will accept bids on the item that are ½ of the tagged price + $5.00. Whomever has the highest bid on said item will be called Friday evening if said item does not sell at regular price.
How is the Estate Sale run? Is it an auction?
No, it is not an auction. Every item in the estate is given a price.
